25 marzo 2024 – Si è chiusa con buoni risultati la 55a edizione
di Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna.
3.012 gli espositori presenti da 69 paesi, il 4% in più rispetto allo scorso anno.
248.500 operatori sono arrivati a Bologna da 150 paesi.
In forte aumento la presenza tra i corridoi della fiera
degli stakeholder internazionali, con una crescita del 9% rispetto allo scorso anno,
grazie anche al supporto del Ministero degli Affari Esteri
e della Cooperazione Internazionale di Agenzia ICE.
Risultati positivi anche per quanto riguarda gli operatori dall’Italia.

PAI PARTNERS ha acquisito una quota di maggioranza
da BLUEGEM in BEAUTYNOVA (MILK_SHAKE, Z-ONE CONCEPT e MEDAVITA),
un’Azienda attiva nel settore della cura professionale dei capelli.
L’acquisizione, che dovrebbe essere stata fatta
per un valore prossimo ai 330 ML di euro,
porterà PAI a essere il principale azionista detentore di una quota di controllo,
mentre BLUEGEM manterrà una partecipazione significativa nel capitale.
Con sede in Italia, BEAUTYNOVA possiede
un portafoglio premium di marchi,
tra cui MILK_SHAKE, Z-ONE CONCEPT e MEDAVITA.
Sotto la proprietà di BLUEGEM dal 2020,
BEAUTYNOVA si è evoluta in una piattaforma molto attiva
nel settore della cura professionale dei capelli,
triplicando (da 40 a 131 ML) le sue vendite
e sperimentando una significativa espansione geografica,
con particolare attenzione agli Stati Uniti,
che generano il 18% delle vendite dell’azienda.
La società dispone di una solida base per accelerare tale crescita
in tutti i suoi principali mercati, compresi gli Stati Uniti e l’Europa.
La nuova composizione proprietaria supporterà BEAUTYNOVA e il suo team
nel raggiungere la sua strategia di crescita per lo sviluppo ulteriore dei suoi marchi.

Linda Evangelista is one of the greatest supermodels of all time. The LINDA collection pays homage to her versatility and her adventurous attitude towards her hair and her image. She showed a boldness that no other model was game to do, rejecting conservative, long hair of that era. I wanted my models to feel the same power and beauty. To own their looks. In the 80s and 90s, Linda was a complete chameleon who made her own rules. No length, shape or colour off limits. I wanted to celebrate both beautiful, simple haircuts as well as showcasing more creative colours and styles. These decades still remain my favourite fashion eras. Each image was carefully curated to express how I have evolved as a collection hairstylist and how my own personal tastes are now more stripped back but always clever.
